Hello,

I would not like to disappoint you, but it will be little hard to find job as an assistant without any exp. you might do some volunteer work to get some exp and then look for job. As far as I know you need to pass QE before you can do internship in AB.

I am Pharmacist in ON, let me know if you need any help in registration process.

Dear BADAL, Can you please guide us regarding PEBC exam preperation ? List of books and online websites that you studied for passing PEBC exams. Good luck dear.

Calgary has better prospects, I guess!!
I do not know about Calgary but here in Toronto there are underground coaching classes for the exam which is very helpful btw.
and it's about around 8000 CAD/ person for the whole fees+coaching+exam etc.

and if u do not mind doing ANYTHING, then there are survival jobs here in Toronto is quite well in no.s

which coaching centre dear ? what is the name of coaching centre in toronto area ?

Good to know that now this thread is getting alive.

Keep it up guys. Good luck to all those preparing for exam.

Dear All,

I keep getting messages about how to prepare for exams and books and other material for that.

I am happy to help you guys for answering your questions about qualifying exams i.e. MCQ and OSCE. I am planning to start online tutoring for both. I will provide you guidance and all required materials. Its too late to start for Nov 2015 exam, so I will do it for May 2016 exams.

Please let me know if any one is interested.

My Profile:

B. pharm from India.
Masters in Biotech from NYU, USA
IPG program from University of Toronto
1.5 years experience as a community pharmacist in Canada
6 month experience as a clinical pharmacist in Canadian hospital

P.S.: I am not doing this as a business, so fees will be very less just to compensate for my time.

Pharmacist:3131 Is it suitable for candidates with pharma production exp??

Hi every one!
I am planning to migrate to canada under federal skilled workers program. I have M.pharma degree(2008 passed out) and currently working as senior executive in production department of one of the leading injectable manufacturing company. I would like to settle preferably in manufacturing field of pharma or food industry in Canada. Am I suitable to apply for this NOC as Industrial pharmacist?? or any other NOC?? please clarify my doubt as I am really confused with which NOC I have to choose when I apply??

Thanks and Regards

You need to apply under a NOC where you have at least one full year of work experience and that is a skilled occupation (NOC A, B, 0). Otherwise it doesn't really matter which NOC you pick.

Dear pharmacist,

I have received a letter of interest from Ontario to apply for PNP. I have ECA equivalent to Bachelor of pharmacy and community pharmacy experience but I didn't get the license from the territory neither I sat for PEBC exam.
My question is: Can I apply for the PNP without provincial registration?? B/C they require the license among the documents for PNP?

Plz anyone with previous similar case advise>>>!!!

I need misbah notes for pebc qualifying exam. any body want to sale his notes please inbox to me. :) I am in Toronto. :)

I have a masters in pharmaceutics but i work as a hospital pharmacist. i got onpnp and in the application form they ask what you intend to work as? Can i write both industrial and hospital pharmacist? i chose my noc as 3131.
What are jobs i can look for with those qualifications ?
