Sending WES documents. Help! :S

Hi,

I have received my transcripts by post for both my degrees from my universities. I read on the forum that the documents inside the envelope require WES number which is done by the university. Is this correct? Or do I just write the WES number on both the envelopes then put them into one envelope (also with WES number) and send?

Please help. I'd like to send to WES this weekend.

I wrote the number myself and WES rejected my application, now I am sending the form to the university, they will attach along the form and send the documents again. What a time waste. WES is just being a bully with people.

I m not sure whats the right procedure. I wrote the reference number on each document myself and send to WES. My evaluation is under processed and 4 days back they updated the estimated evaluation completion date also. I m expecting my evaluation to be completed by end of this month.

Did you attach the form or just the transcripts from the university? And long did your university take to send the docs to wes from India?

Now you need to mention the WES reference number on all the documents by yourself (except the academic request form). University won't do it.

But in my case the university is sending out the documents directly to WES, how would I suppose to write down anything on the documents?

I sent B. Pharm and M.Pharm transcripts in a sealed envelope along with degree certificates and WES payment form to WES. I wrote WES ref. number on each document including the transcripts.

You have done the right thing Rahul. So chill.

It will take around a month for WES to evaluate your educational credentials from the day they receive your documents.

Yes Nirav..My documents were received by them on 01APR2015 and estimated evaluation completion date is showing as 11MAY2015 since past 3 days. So I m hoping to receive the report few days before 11MAY2015 as everyone in this forum is saying that they received the report 2-3 weeks bfore the estimated date.

same with me. WES received my documents on April 1, 2015. However, until now the status is still "evaluation in progress - second evaluation".

what could be the reasons that it takes them so long to evaluate the report? Since April 3 until now, the status is still evaluation in progress.

Did someone encounter the same problem?

Estimated evaluation date is showing for u or not??? what do they mean by second evaluation??

This is the message i see in the status of my Order. There is an Order Date March 26, 2011, is this what you mean by "Evaluation Date"? Thanks.

No. That is the date when u paid them the fees. Estimated date of evaluation completion will be seen when u click on the reference number and go to the order status. just below evaluation in progress u can see the date..
