Hello,
Yes that was the post. Yes i have included only my current job in IMM0008 for which I have reference letter as well. And i am applying for Immg on the basis of this job. In IMM0008 I have not mentioned about other job. But in the other form IMM5669 I have added the information related to other jobs which i did.

And another thing i should include the information of other jobs in form Schedule 8 - Economic Class Form as well? If Yes then i think i need to provide all the information on that form for an example for Question 5 i need to provide the NOC codes, Job resp, for other jobs as well. Right? Along with the other information

Thanks for replying. Please also answer the question i asked in this reply.

Thanks a lot...:)
sched 8 ask you to provide info of your occupations within the 3 years preceding the date of your application ONLY IF they are into skill type 0 or levels A or B of NOC indicating as well if you were full time student at the time, if so you will need the reference letters as well

Nice to see you,

I'm currently preparing my application for CEC. I've gathered almost all documents. Only the reference letter (employment letter) from my current company, I don't have yet.

Can I ask you guys about reference letter because I would like to here most recent information... :

Currently, I and my boss are a bit confusing about what the letter should explain... (of course, we checked CIC website, CEC application guide, and document check list)... because I had non-paid holiday for 25 days... and additionally, as flexibility in working hours and duties to respond to operational needs, my working hours and my annual salary are different from my official salary and working hours (which my work contract and LMO show)... My income T4 shows also different from the contract/LMO show... due to the same reason...
I currently think that I need to ask my boss to explain both of "(1) my official working hours and official salary that on the work contract and LMO". and "(2) my actual working hours and salary"... Also, I think that the reference letter should explain "how many weeks I had been working for my company" (because of my long unpaid holiday, I actually work 54 weeks, although I've been a employee of my current company since May 2012)...
I don't have confidence about it...

If this message isn't proper for here, please forgive me... I tried to find another forum where seniors are discussing about the same matter, but I couldn't find...

Anyway, hopefully, I'd like to file my CEC application by the end of this month, and I'd like to join here.

Thanks and Good luck,

oba

First of all make sure you have completed the year lap and WITHOUT COUNTING EXTRA TIME you have the full time experience required to apply for CEC. (you are working since may 2012 to july 2013 its 15 months so i think you have it covered even taking away your not paid holidays) what the LMO says it is not important but what you can prove, that is, use better your pay stubs and T4, "oficial hours" officially doesn't exist better to put in your reference letter you real hours worked that will match to your pay stubs and T4, if your company have report of hours worked it can help to determine, but remember that extra time does not count. Regarding your duties they must match what your NOC says but do not copy paste from the description, use another words to say it

JORGER, Thank you very much for giving me your advice.

> First of all make sure you have completed the year lap and WITHOUT COUNTING EXTRA TIME you have the full time experience required to apply for CEC.

I worked 31 - 40 hours/week... my work contract/LMO said my working hours 40 hours/week, so I think I didn't work overtime.
However, I had a long unpaid holiday so I don't have 54 weeks for last 365 days.
I have 54 weeks experience in last 14 months.
Is it fine??? ???

> what the LMO says it is not important but what you can prove, that is use better your pay stubs and T4, if your company have report of hours worked it can help, but remember that extra time does not count.

I'm planning to submit a copy of my T4, and this year's pay stubs.
(I don't have pay stubs for 2012, because my company used CRA's payroll calculator as pay stubs last year... My employer tried to issue my 2012 pay stubs again, however, because tax rate was changed, my employer couldn't)
In this case, should my reference letter explain "only" my working hours per week? Like "Oba3 works 31-40 hours/week"?? Or... "Oba3 works 31-40 hours/week, and worked 54 weeks since XX May 2013 to precent" is better...??

Please let me know if you think of anything...

> Regarding your duties they must match what your NOC says but do not copy paste from the description, use another words to say it

It seems that mine match what my NOC says. My boss didn't copy paste from description... he copied my duty from a job offer letter my employer issued.

Thanks again for helpful message.

one year have 52 weeks and you were on holiday 3 weeks I will wait to have 55 weeks at least(with 30 hours at least), just to be on the safe side

remember that you have to submit your last CRA assessment and your T4 so it will cover the 2012, with the 2013 pay stubs copies you cover 2013
for me it looks like you will be ok just taking care of the times

Oh God!

I forgot to read the instructions for translated documents, I attached a translated version of my marriage certificate but didn't knew we also need to attach an affidavit from the person who translated the doc. However, the translated version is notarized, is there a chance that my application will be returned :'( ?

A friend of mine forgot to include a birth certificate translation for a dependant, they didn't return the application but ask for the document, looks like it depends on the VO criteria, if you can have the affidavit in advance it can save you some time latter if you cant have it look for a new translation, don't worry to much and wait to see what happen, lets hope for the best!
