Parents Visitor Visa

Hi Everyone,

My parents were in Canada for 2 years on visit and their TRV expired, they had valid visitor records. They left for the UK and I applied for their TRV, they are in UK for visit and they have valid visitor visa, they been to UK 4 time on Visit and they also have valid US visit visa.

They left Canada on 3rd October and on 4th October I updated the IRCC that they left Canada, I applied for their TRV on 5th October and on 9October I received update on their in-process visitor record that its refused because they left the country and officer notes also states that their visitor record request was until 30 October 2026 they left on 3rd October so they do not qualify for visitor record.

I am not now which visa office is looking for my parents visitor visa? Because as per processing time London visa office processing time is 24 days and their application is in process from more than 24 days, or its Abu Dhabi visa office because they are Pakistani national? and should I raise a web-form?

Regarding their visitor record I shared all the medical record and I did share the medical record this time too and explained why we need TRV.

Most likely Abu Dhabi, you can check that by calling or requesting an ATIP.

Processing times re not guaranteed. If they want a better chance of getting a TRV they should be returning home and getting reestablished before trying to visit Canada again. After a 2 year visit it will appear as they are trying to live in Canada if they applied for a new TRV from a 3ed country right after leaving Canada. Even with a valid TRV they could run into issues trying to enter Canada for another visit if they have recently left Canada after a 2 year visit. In general they need to be planning for longterm life in Pakistan because they won’t be able to visit indefinitely and chances of sponsorship are relatively low these days.
