Yea unfortunately the officer clearly indicated that even we choose the judge hearing option it will likely be rejection by judge at the end since even the judge cannot overrule physical presence condition.
No need to waste time with judge.

Hi, I am simply wondering when your partner submitted their application and when they received the letter about physical presence. I am concerned because my application includes extensive travel. I am worried for date errors. Could you share the date to help me estimate when such letters are sent? My application has not moved, and it has been more than a month since I took my citizenship test. Most people with my dates have cleared everything.
We received the PFL about 1 month after the test, while my application went forward (all steps are completed) my partner received the letter indicating there is a discrepency in the physical presence and it's under 1,093 days.
If you are over 1,095 days I don't think you will receive PFl, they don't care about the date differences vs. what you submit and CBSA they care if it's more than 1,095 or not.

You applied with only one day buffer? They might be going over your dates carefully to make sure you have the required presence.
Is your background check still in progress? Most of time after background checks completed we got test invitations?
Just noticed a typo in my application today- Although just LPP is left to be processed. I entered 2025 for an address end date, it's 2021. rectified IRCC via webform moments ago. But I guess it's pretty understandable because I've worked and studied in another province after that. Still notified just to be safe!
