My RTD was returned stating that my referee was not admissible after i have addressed the issue and sent it back. It has already been delivered, does that means my process will continue where they stop or it will go back as a new application?

you corrected the issue and sent it back, I’d recommend contacting IRCC if you don’t receive an update after the usual processing period.

I think it will go as a new application based on my friends experience of having their citizenship application returned, when we resubmitted the counter started again.
