Urgent question please - I got married after receiving ecopr but before landing in Canada, and I didn't declare it to IRCC because I wasn't aware I'm supposed to... Now I want to sponsor her.. Please what are the implications

To be honest you've made a complete hash of it. Suggest you speak to a lawyer.
You were SUPPOSED to be in Canada to receive the eCOPR. You MUST marry only after becoming a PR.
So the question is, does your PR status take effect upon issuance of the eCOPR if you are not in Canada?
I do not know the answer. Some will say it's trivial and that if the eCOPR has been issued, that's it. I do not think the answer is so trivial.
The downside is enormous: if they consider that the PR date is not effective as of date of issuance if the recipient is not in Canada, and that you married before the effective date of PR (which they COULD consider would be date of return to Canada), then you cannot sponsor your spouse.
Now it might be that this has been settled and not an issue - great. I'm not taking a position on which is 'right' - I'm saying it is potentially not as clear as all that, because - again - the virtual landing/eCOPR process is supposed to be completed when the applicant is IN Canada.
If you are not landed yet, and you have only got COPR (not eCOPR) outside of Canada, you still can add your spouse to your application. But you will be reassessed again along with your spouse.
