Change in civil status in P1 form

Do not make any changes except to report the changes that occur after the newborn child's departure etc. application!

if the P1 form specifically asks for information about all family members, answer accordingly. If you’re unsure, confirm with IRCC before submitting to avoid mistakes.

I mentioned in the format they provided for the 3 applicants and mentioned other 2 children just for information purpose. Do you think the agent on call can help with this question?

I think it’s worth contacting IRCC to clarify before submitting the P1 information. Explain that the form provided has space for only 3 applicants, but you have 2 additional children whom you mentioned for information purposes. Ask whether those children need to be included in the form or whether the information you provided is sufficient. The agent may be able to clarify the process, although they might not be able to make a final decision on your specific case. It’s better to confirm than risk a mistake.

I just received a email with a pdf about instructions what to do next. They asked to reply to the same email for setup of the portal. I didn’t receive any form to fill.

In that case, I would follow the instructions in the PDF and reply to the same email as requested for the PR Confirmation. If they haven’t provided a form to complete yet, don’t assume you need to submit one. You can also mention in your reply that you have additional children and ask how their information should be handled. Make sure to follow the specific instructions in the email, as the process may vary depending on your application.

It varies by case. Some applicants receive P2 within days, while others wait longer. Hopefully, you’ll receive yours soon!

Finally I received my AOR today I am really happy, Application date oct-25.

Hey Congrats, im an oct 25, applicant aswell no aor yet, did you have any missing documents when you applied? I got a request for missing form schedule 14 on july 7th, i submitted same day and nothing after it.

I applied October 16th 2025 and got a request in June to fill form IMM 5669, I sent back the information and received confirmation that the information was received and I haven’t heard anything back either

Temporary AOR (XG number): [not received]
Permanent AOR (G number): not yet
Portal status: still showing "Submitted"


I sent a webform recently and just got the generic "your application is in process" reply.


Is anyone else from December 2025 still waiting on their permanent AOR? Or if you applied around Nov/Dec 2025 and already got your AOR, could you share when you got it? Just trying to get an idea of where things are at.
