A Technical Solution is Required to Add Dependents to a Returned PR Application under Family (Outland Spouse) Class

Greetings,

My PR application under Family (Outland Spouse) class has been returned with the objection

"Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008): Form not complete in its entirety: Dependents not listed and/or listed incorrectly, whether accompanying to Canada or not."

And to add the dependent in the generic form. However, the button to add the dependent is disabled. Please guide me if anyone knows how to fix this problem.

This is not a particularly technical response - but it should work: download the PDF form version of IMM0008; fill it out using adobe acrobat (free version is fine) on your computer; if you need to sign it, print, sign, scan to PDF (if you don't need to sign, skip to next step); upload final PDF and resubmit.
