I am glad that you resubmitted whole application . I resubmitted only pic in mail. Nothing updated since Aug 4

That was the only option back then, my application was returned - so I just replaced the photo and hit submit.

JSON case status ID just turned 20 and it says rejection id: 18, primary identification is not provided.

Don't have application number hey, with uci, name, birthday it says it cannot find the application

I did last name, birthday, that option. Didnt work in the morning but worked in the afternoon.

So I am confused, JSON says its rejected due to "You have not provided us with a valid Primary Identity Document- please review Guide IMM5445." but i also found online where people reported that this could be a system glitch.

I have same status on JSON . They asked me send new picture which I sent. Waiting for new card .

I read somewhere that it’s system generated if we don’t get any official letter to provide such documents.

After receiving the rejection reason and note on your JSON, how long did it take for you to receive a request to submit a new photo?

That is why json is not reliable. The status 20 just means your application has been picked up for processing and that is why you are able to link. You can keep an eye on email, just in case anything is needed by IRCC. Else, your card will be mailed and status will be upated on the linked application. Good luck

When did you submit the application? AFAIK, the application can only be linked only when it is picked up processing ( loaded to gcms)
