What does it even mean?! After 38 months they are asking for a document that they issued them self? Why are they torturing us is my question

As far as ai know IRCC and the refugee board are not the same. When you applied to PR you should attach the notice of decission. Maybe something was wrong in the copy or they doubt about the document this person submitted. Im just guessing. Maybe need to call for a clearly explanation.

They started processing 2025 applicants. My lawyer told me most of their 2025 submissions have received their fd. I am also jan 2024 and absolutely nothing!!!!! 34 months and still counting, we're in this endless loop of security check that no one knows when it will end.

Almost unbearable situation. I have several acquaintances who have received their PR and they only submitted applications in 2025. How do you explain this injustice?

First, you need to know what type of application was submitted, if was for refugee claim, Express Entry, or any other program. IRCC Process times vary depending on the program. Could everyone please state the category under which they applied?

Mandamus it will not work because you still under the time line

Mandamus will add another 12 months to the process at its best! Can take up to 2 years. None of the lawyers that I talked to advised me to do that

I think it’s not really fair when many people from 2023 left why they working on 2025, people it’s less than 13 month.
even same country, same situation.

Thy do this because thy need to show the government and the court time line is 13 month now so thy are good

But thy don’t show them that there is file from 2023
