it happens my dependent outside canada got pcc imm5669 req from cpc miss.. and when my application was approved then they transferred dependent application to outside vo and they got medical req from outside vo

It can simply mean that IRCC is continuing the dependant's processing separately.

No they won’t, if you notice the ppr letter says: you and each accompanying family member.

12 dec 2025 -adr req,biometric,pcc
7 jan 2026-eligibilty/pre arrival
27aug 2026-main applicant inside canada got p1
16 sep 2026-medical for dependents
1 oct 2026- ppr request for dependents outside canada
no pilot progam
