It's been 10 days but still can't able to create an online tracker account.
Keep getting the error that your information is not in a system yet.
Anyone else is in a same situation.
My friend who apply on June 4 2026 got the AOR on August 29 and got a test invitation by Sep 3 and his tracker account was created on Sep 2 2026.

Hi, applied for minor’s citizenship in June. Received an email last week from IRCC stating missing information or documents.

There was no mistake in the application, I added a letter explaining more about the same documents submitted earlier. My question is Do I need to wait another 3 months to get the AOR?

But is unable to create a tracker account and no updates so far.

Yeah, unfortunately, that seems to be the case. Though some people have received in 2 months.

Hey,
I don’t think tracker is working at the moment and I have seem posts from many applicants facing the same issue including myself. So unfortunately all we can do is keep checking our email for any updates, as all the progress, process and communications are happening through email.

I am trying to get more info on my tracker, it's been 3 weeks since I got my AOR, but for some reason I cannot create the login credentials for the tracker website. Does anyone know more?

The below is extract from error message on IRCC;

Correct these errors:​

• Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

If they asked you to re-submit only the photo, then it another 2-3 months wait for the AOR. If your application was returned saying it was incomplete then i think you'll have to re-apply with a new application. They must have returned your application fee if the applicated was returned.

What would IRCC usually do? Do they just simply ask for retake the photo or just return the whole thing?

I have a question.I applied for Citizenship on 7th July 2026. On sept 10, I got an email from IRCC that my application is returned because of photo specification. I uploaded new pic in 1 hour, will it take again 2-3 more months for AOR or I will get AOR early?

what did they say about your photo? Where did you take your photo?

Same issue. My friend responded to the email wherein they asked to create a tracker account but no response and still not able to login.
