Termination of proceedings - ineligibility of your claim


The Minister has notified the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) that your claim for refugee protection is ineligible to be determined by the RPD.


In accordance with paragraph 104(2)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the ending proceedings betore the RPD regarding your claim for retugee protection a erminated. This means that vour refugee claim file will be closed and there will be no mo proceedings with respect to your claim.
