IMPORTANT UPDATE – Photo Brightness Issue

I wanted to share my experience in case anyone has the same issue.

Yesterday, I tried taking photos at London Drugs, Shoppers, and other locations, but every photo was rejected with:

“Brightness is too dark or too bright.”

I was stressed because IRCC says not to edit or change the photo settings, so I didn’t use any editing tools.

All my photos were taken while wearing black. Today, I changed my clothes to a light green top, took a new photo, and it was accepted immediately!
So, in my case, changing from black to a light color solved the problem.

Hope this helps someone! ❤️
Wishing everyone the best and hoping we all get our PR cards very soon.

Before long weekend nothing
After long weekend nothing
Near Christmas time nothing
After December & January nothing
Honestly, I think they're really don't care about us and our life
