I never got email for tracker. My AOR is 18th of August and since then got fingerprint request, test invitation but no tracker email. When I try to create tracker account by self - I get same invalid information error. I believe there are many post mid-august who are not able to create tracker account
nothing but wait.
i think different offices process applications in slightly different speed. that's why you see some people who applied later getting ahead of you. maybe you just got allocated to a slower team/office. when they give you AOR, it means they've checked your application to be complete. and if there's anything missing, they'll send you a request to re-upload something. so in some ways no news is good news. i'd just wait for another week or so.
The tracker's broken — hasn't updated in weeks. Don't stress about it.
Updated timeline, we got test invite today.

So it looks like we dont schedule the test? We just have 30 days to go to the link and start it? Does this mean at any time any date within 30 days. We just go to the link, click start test, fill in UCI and application details and we can start? There will be a live person ready to watch us? Or am i mistaken?
For example our end dare is Oct-10-2026, can we go to the link on october-9-2026 and do the test then?

Yep just log in whenever you're ready. There is no live person watching you, your webcam will just make a recording (or take periodic photos I believe) that someone will review later, so make sure you're always looking at your screen and there's no one else in the background.
Also, make sure your webcam is good enough to take a clear photo of your ID.

Start Test Button will generate a test link which will be sent to the email id associated with your application and is valid for only 15 minutes. Ensure that you are getting emails from IRCC - and/or coordinate with representative if you have one.
Wanna give a little update as I gave IRCC a call this morning asking about my app.
My timeline so far: submitted 5/10, AOR 8/12, invite to test 8/18, took test 8/23.
The agent confirmed that tracker has been showing outdated data since mid August, so don't worry if you don't see progress or can't register an account. It doesn't matter anymore because they have stopped updating info, and the agent couldn't guarantee when the tracker will be fixed.
They reported that my background was completed around mid August, probably between my AOR and test invite, but no exact date given. Test was also marked as completed. Language and presence is in progress. Prohibitions has not started for now, which the agent says will likely happen in later stage.

So, if you do really want to know the status of your app, try to give them a call. 8 AM your local time works the best but I still had to wait ~25 minutes on hold before being connected. But I'd suggest not calling them too frequently all the time as it's a waste of public resources, and makes it harder for everyone in need to get assistance.

Hi,
I noticed that we need to select a province for the quiz. Could you please clarify why we need to select a province? Is the actual citizenship test based on the province where we live?

In the above mock - some of the questions comes for the province you select - mainly current political party/leader question.
In the real test, I didn’t select my province - they would have that info. Also, I didn’t remember questions regarding specifically to Ontario. That might be not the case with everyone.
