I called and they said yes you have to wait, the application is approved you will recognize the p1 email in the right time. Complete nonsense
I called today agent said he would escalate my case and I should call back in 2weeks
What did you say to the agent that made them agree to escalate your case? Please help me. I’m so stressed out.
Your application is past the point of approval/Final Decision, and you have already waited a significant amount of time (over 40 days) without receiving the expected P1 email. Sending a web form will create an official record on your file and can prompt IRCC to check whether the case is stuck in the landing queue.
IRCC call centre agents have limited power. They cannot force the P1 email to be sent, but they can place an escalation note or refer the file to a higher level / case management unit when the situation meets certain criteria.
Have always be calling since match every month and it shows on their record so he agreed that it’s wired that it the same for months and didn’t move. So he said he will escalate
Yes, one of my dependants is a minor and was not required to provide biometrics. My other dependant in Canada completed the required medical examination. My overseas dependant completed both biometrics and the medical examination on June 3, 2026.
Thank you so much. It has been such a long time, and I couldn’t sleep because I was under so much stress. I hope everyone gets their PR as soon as possible because I know how hard this time is for all of us.
