What should be the answer for this and since it was under If you are not inside Canada, we put it as N/A, and we got an email to correct it with the whole P1 question for one of my dependents. In which country are you currently located???????? So this time I put it as "Canada."

Don’t stress about what the call centre agent told you,
I'm assuming you're a dependent on the file; for dependents, the system doesn't show a Final Decision (FD) until the officer actually generates the eCOPR document. Agents on the phone just read off that screen, so they see "no FD" and assume it's still stuck.(They don't generate a P2 email when the file is not ready)
Hopefully It’s completely normal but still won't hurt to use webform!
Heard from other people that they emailed the portal email address as well but they rarely respond to any concern
My dependent has also received P2 and completed the portal at the same time as me; I got eCOPR but still nothing for her!
Unfortunately the only thing we can do is just wait
I first uploaded via webform but after 3 weeks it was still showing on the portal that they need additional documents. The second that I uploaded on the GCkey it has changed to submitted and then we received the documents you provided
Generally, if the upload section appears on the gckey, they say to send it via gckey but it seems many people also send it via webform. There seems to be a slight uncertainty at this point.
I know many people are upset because long waiting for ecopr but it is normal.
Many could have it within few days after P2 but commonly takes one month. So don't desperate . It will come.
My P2 was april 10 and my ecopr was on May 6th. So it's normal. Many others waited similar time. And it is one month to 45 days after that for receive the card.

thank you. is itpossible for you not to get an update on gckey about your PR card till its mailed out? i see that some people get their cards so early. in your case, did you see an update before your card arrived?
Here in the forum they recommended me to track by canada post app. Download it and register your name and address. keep checking every day. Well , you will receive an email each time a letter is send to your address. When you see Canadian Bank Note Company, that is the card. No doubt.
You can check in gckey account but is always delayed 1,2 days. They not updating in real time so the better way to track the card is like I explained before. Good luck!

Anyone still waiting for P1 after Final Decision? Any updates.
My Final Decision is July 7, 2026. Still no p1 or nothing. Been exactly 7 weeks today waiting for P1. Made number of calls and web forms. No luck yet. Hopefully will be able to ge through this.

Yes. Its correct. Whenever i call, the agent tells me everything is completed. Just wait patiently for the email. Its already 7 weeks so far no emails for p1. I don't know whats going on.
Finally, a PR Holder. I got the ECOPR in my email just now.
It say my ECOPR is available for download. Congratulations, your status as permanent resident is confirmed.
