Background : Complete. Does this mean they don't need an up to date police certificate anymore because the background check has been Completed ? I have provided an older one, the one I had. Wondering if they used that or should I still provide one ?​

I think this started happening after the tracker went back, people who started getting AOR around Aug 14 can't access the tracker and no one is getting any updates.

I have not yet received any request for fingerprints or test invite. Can someone help me understand if its random or is there a certain number of days we need to wait for the fingerprints or test request?
