Those who recently uploaded their military service records, which platform did they use? GCKEY or Webform?

I submitted my requested additional docs on July 3rd through my GCKey account. I used the above-mentioned PR IRCC account.

The request document offers two options. However, it states that if you submitted your PR application through the portal, you cannot upload via GC-Key. This part is confusing me. The second option mentioned in the request letter is a web form.
Interestingly, I received this request letter both by email and via my GC-Key account. Logically, it seems I should be able to upload via my GC-Key account as well.
Btw did you get the final decision?
The interesting part is that once your Final Decision was made, the portal/eCOPR process moved quite quickly. The longest part was the substantive PR processing before Final Decision.

If the process is proceeding this slowly for the webform, it might make more sense to upload it via gckey.

i am still waiting may 31 2023 they did not ask any type of additional document
