Visitor visa applied from inside Canada

Hi everyone
I’m a student here currently on study permit and OWP, I have applied for my visitor visa ( from inside Canada) recently as it got expired. On the website it says the processing time takes about 11 days does anyone know how accurate the wait time is and if you’ve applied recently from inside Canada how long did it take them to process your application?

Hey did you get any response? my friend applied in June 17 and its been 2 months no update yet, although processing time says 12 days. Is it normal?

Yes. Timelines posted are quite unreliable.

That weird. it says 12 days and it now over 2 months. Webform raised twice and generic response. Why they need so much time to just process application for visit visa if person already hold work permit.

It takes resources to ensure that you are following the terms of your permit and approve the TRV.
