Download error.. please advise

Hey everyone,I am trying to download my disclosure package from the IRCC portal, but it keeps failing. I get this error message on the screen:
Sorry, a system operation failed. Please try again later. Failed to download the message."

Is anyone else getting this exact error? It's been over a week now. If you had this before, did it fix itself, or did you find a workaround to finally download your documents?Thanks in advance for any help!

• Use Chrome or Edge on a computer rather than a phone.
• Sign out completely, close the browser, reopen it, and sign in again.
• Clear the browser cache/cookies for the IRCC site.
• Try Incognito/InPrivate mode.
• Try a different browser.
• If the disclosure package is still listed but repeatedly fails to download, take screenshots of the error and submit a technical problem through the IRCC web form. IRCC specifically recommends screenshots showing the page and error message when reporting technical issues.
