After the oath email in 2 days everything was mark completed

I am bit confused reading through the forum some people are saying they received the instruction email to download the certificate before the oath ceremony day. Some are saying they didn't wait until they received an email they just logged in to the IRCC portal and were able to download the certificate in 2 hours post the oath.

I tried to login to one of the portal & it was asking for an invite code I am assuming this you get after they send the instruction email on how to download the certificate. I immediately sent the oath form after the ceremony & was wondering if there is way to get the certificate sooner as i wanted to apply for a passport sooner due to personal travel reasons.
