When can I expect FD.

I called IRCC today and they told me that criminality is in process and security has not started yet. What does that mean? After 40 months, criminality is only in process? Does anyone know how long it might take?

Aug 2023, no dependent, no complicated travel history, coming from a country with no mandatory military service (submitted the imm form on June 17 for the second time), security not started after 36 months. I think no one has received any updates after submitting additional documents

Yes, I’m an August applicant as well. I submitted my additional documents more than 18 months ago, and there has been no update since then.
