Is there any possible ways to check the status of my file? the tracker is still not working and alo i have applied GCMS notes on August 6 still not got it. So i file a complaint to Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada by email.. what to do. kindly advise.

No, there are no outstanding fees. He has already collected the payment and subsequently submitted the file. He is currently in Canada and is a registered representative.
