I dont know for the ECOPR is the same like before?
For processing it was main office Mississauga, and sec office, Etobicoke.

have they done Biometrics? whats the time line is like?

Hi Everyone. Happy Friday. I got pre-arrival services letter on my portal Yestrday. After that got my P1 from Montrial Office. Please see the time line.
Applied for PR March 2025
P1 July 23, 2026 , replied same day (July 23)
P2 waiting
Ecopr: waiting.
They say Montrial office is very slow. My file was at the Mississauga office when I applied for PR first. Can you guys share where your Case Processing Center as well.
I was a principal applicant but my wife and Son (19) also got an email separtly and they repied back separtely. Does this create a delay? Thanks!!

Received p2 in 1 business day
EcoPR 7 business days after p2
Just depends on workload at the time.
Looks like recently people are waiting for p2 in weeks, either way you’re closer to becoming PR

Hi Gfr thank you so much for getting back to me with good clarification and best wishes. I also noticed that, I had to send one email with all the information for all the family right? However my wife and son (19) replied with their own email as they got their own P1. I at the same time recieved mine and 2 dependent kids so I replied to three of us. Would that create different timeline for all three replies, for P2 and Ecopr? I am curious about that. Thanks.

After 4 weeks of waiting. I just got an email from IRCC to redo my passport as it doesn’t meet the requirements. Now I have to wait again.

I had taken two different photos from two studies and it all got rejected during p2 submitting
I went to a new photo studio and took pictures there and submitted while at the shop
First was rejection
He adjusted the lighting and then photo was accepted
Don’t send when it says it doesnot meet the standard criteria coz you will be wasting more time

After 4 weeks of waiting. I just got an email from IRCC to redo my passport as it doesn’t meet the requirements. Now I have to wait again.

I also received an email a week ago asking me to renew my passport if it was expired. So I went the next day and applied for it, and I sent them the passport application and payment receipt. I don't know why they're asking for that. My husband is a refugee and applied for residency in August 2023, and my daughter and I are dependents. They requested passports for both of us. We're in Canada.

I also received an email asking me to renew my passport. It's not a photo issue; the problem is that the copy of my passport that IRCC has is already expired, which is why it doesn't meet the requirements.

Incorrect size. I’ve resubmitted a new one. Now back to waiting.

Is it after P2 or after ECOPR?
