Kuwait doesn't provide police clearance certificate if they don't have fingerprints of the person who requested for PCC.
What should I do now? We were not able to submit it?

Try to contact Kuwait consulate in Ottawa call them in the morning,they surely assist you in this matter

Please when replying P1, am I expected to list all my family members who are outside canada or I should just list myself. I am the only one in Canada. I replied with only my information since my family is not in Canada but I have not gotten portal 2 since then. Not sure if that is the reason?

Yes, I did 2 years ago when they requested PCC.
But Kuwait refused to issue PCC/ the reason was not physically present in Kuwait because they need finger print.
We sent them fingerprints via FedEx, but they refused, so I forwarded these all email to IRCC related PCC refusal from Kuwait.
But ircc agent told me that the ghost update on June 3rd was regarding PCC, but It was between internal officers

Funny thing... they asked for a police certificate from Australia. I was in the process of writing a demand letter. It seems like they are pushing to complete applications. Now I'm preparing the certificate. I had one from 2021, but just to be safe, I'm getting a new one, even though I didn't travel there. I guess they are completing the security check. Any ideas?

Yea applied today...Will submit once I receive the digital one...what happened after you submitted yours? Timeline? Did they finalize your security? Final decision?

After you reply to the email for the P1 what’s the response you get from the IRCC. I know it’s an automatic message but my brother in law received something different from me
