Inland vs Outland

I’m currently out of status but still within 90 days restoration timeframe and my wife is a PR holder. We live together in Canada. Should I do OPTION A- Apply for restoration through a visitor record AND apply for spousal sponsorship Outland AND Spousal Open Work Permit when restoration is approved OPTION B- apply for spousal sponsorship Inland and restoration of status so I can apply for SOWP after AOR. We don’t want to wait for 34 months without a job. We are trying to weigh the best route for the best result and get me back working and contributing to our household

Yes, I have applied. We went the option A way- applied for Visitor record to maintain status. We got this approved after 8+ months. Then, put in an inland application, since I wanted to be with my spouse here. Applied for a SOWP which was also approved. Now waiting for spousal PR approval. Hope this helps
