Yo revise en abril y decia 2 meses, actualizaron en mayo y no cambió me dejaron en los 2 meses, revise en junio y ya decia 1 mes y ahora revise el 7 de julio que actualizaron y sigo en 1 mes
 
Por favor alguien con alguna actualización completa del 2023 en este mes de julio 2026.

Mandamus takes 5-12 months. If you are not from black list countries and they did not request a comprehansive screaning, dont waste your moneny.
Not really...you start with letter of demand...then if no progress file your mandamous majority of times they will come to a conclusion without hearing or even needing to file mandamous...

Actually, I already spoke with a lawyer because I have been waiting for 41 months. There is nothing concerning in my background, except that I come from a country that may be considered high-risk.
The lawyer told me that a demand letter would likely be useless at this stage. He said that, in the best-case scenario, mandamus could take around 5–12 months, and it could take more than a year if the court asks for a hearing, which is rarely required. He also told me there is no guarantee that we would win the case.
Because of that, I decided to wait for now, since hopefully we should receive a decision much sooner and save my money.
