I am from Pakistan. I applied for visa of bachelor's degree from Pakistan, I am in Winnipeg university, I am minor with notarized custodianship form and approved university housing, I paid 25k cad whole year fee, I got 94% in matric and 85% in fsc , now I changed from medical to bba but I clearly explained it, I got 6.5 overall ielts with no less than 6.0, I provide 60k cad bank statement which was 4 months old and have sudden deposits, I didn't add ntn, ATL and wealth receipts, I got rejected.
Now I am planning to add gic of required amount, provide ntn and wealth receipts. According to FBR ( federal board of revenue ), my father ( sponsor ) is getting 4 to 5 million ( 20k cad to 25k cad ) annually with 0 unreconciled amounts. My father is serving in police since 1999, I have his service letter, one year salary slips. My mother served as government teacher and got retired on completion of her 25 years service in 2015. I have her pension proof and retirement letter. I will provide that bank statement again. Although it has bulk transactions but that 60k cad equivalent money is completely untouched for 8 months. I have agricultural lands documents. I will also provide bank statement of two more accounts to justify financial capability. I changed my career from medical to BBA , but I have clear reasons and I will clearly link BBA with my agricultural lands management in future and I will link my ties to the management of our ancestral lands in the future in Pakistan.
Is this reapplication worth it?

What were reasons for refusal? Why do you need to go to the University of Winnipeg for BBA when it is not even a top business school? How old are you? What do your parents jobs have to do with anything?

You don't need to take a BBA if you own ancestral lands. Take program in own country that focuses on business and agriculture. Makes no sense.

I was refused because of lack of probability for funding future years and purpose of visit. I am currently 17 years and 4 months old. My parents are land owners and I am the one who shall have to look after everything. The techniques of BBA would teach me to modernize the management of our agricultural business. We just don't own lands, we are actually running a whole agricultural business. I chooses BBA in Winnipeg university just because of its courses which would provide me a strong base for managing my business. The agri-business study in my country is traditional focused and it is like old fashioned. My goal is to learn modern techniques.

Any suggestion related to my file?

But why take a BBA at U of W which is not even known for its business program. You don't need to study in Canada if your family owns the land. You need to explain why the program helps your family business. You cannot justify the costs.

I don't know. You know why you must study in Canada when you have family lands.
We just don't own agricultural lands, we run a proper agricultural corporate business. Traditional education in Pakistan lacks modern marketing techniques, it lacks in managing financial system. It doesn't provide a proper strategy about why we should bypass the concept of the middleman in this business.
If you have any suggestion about how can I strengthen my ties to home country, I would love to have it.
Thanks

Why wouldn't you choose NUS (Singapore, top 10 worldwide) rather than U of W (ranked between 800-1200 worldwide) for essentially the same cost? They'd also have significantly more insight into the regional application of a BBA to improve your outcomes iver a 3rd rate university in the middle of the Canadian praries.

U of W is not a business school. If you are going to come to Canada at least choose a BBA school like UBC, McGill or look at top international schools.
1. Show that you own the lands and the business, not your parents. Those are your ties to return.
2. If spending $100k+ to study then justify how the courses will relate to your business, and do a projected outline of the growth of your business after you return.
3. Modern marketing techniques can be done online.
4. Financial management will focus on the Canadian system so explain how you can apply it to your business.

I have my friends and close relatives in U of W , And I am 17 years old so I cannot legally own lands, I am only child of my parents so it is obvious that those lands will come to me in inheritance.

Choosing Canada is not just of study, it is to get rid of my country, I am not disrespecting my country, but truth is truth. My country is always in situation of uncertainty. There is no bright future in country. I have my relatives in U of W , so it would be an easy thing.

So this has nothing to do with returning or taking over the lands. You have no plans to return. You don't own the lands and it is not obvious to IRCC that you will automatically get the lands. You have picked a bottom tier school for business so you need to explain why spending $100k+ on a program, and showing how you can justify the costs.

It is not about the tier, it is because of interest. I have studied the course outlines of U of W .
My grades are not good enough for a high rank university. Also these are not too low. I just fall above average in terms of academis, so in this case, U of W would be the good option.
And also, I cannot legally own the lands right now, it is not my fault. And I can't just wait for myself to be turn 18 and then apply for visa.

So apply with PAL and see what happens.

I have my PAL still valid and I will surely inform you what would happen.
And also, the students from Pakistan who choosed Winnipeg university for BBA got their visa, so it is not a big thing if handled carefully.
Also Pray for me
