Why? I assumed that the ombudsman had a way of checking and seeing how long IRCC took to answer cases and stuff for ATIP and could compile the relevant statistics. But if it's the case that the ombudsman doesn't actually know about these things unless we report each one individually to them, then, it makes for a much stronger case about the need to go about filing such complaints.
One thing to understand, so I need to wait for at least 60 days before I can file a complaint or do I go ahead and file the request since it already passed 30 calendar days?

You can file now since you never got the notification. (Also note that if you had gotten that notification, you could still file now if you disagreed with the reasons or thought it was otherwise unreasonable... then it's up to the ombudsman's office to decide if you're right or not. So it's only if you both get the notification and agree that it's reasonable that you have to wait out the full sixty.)

Complain and copy your MP, that way at least they hear about this mess.
