Maybe only International students got decision? Were u a student? I was not a student. I don’t think its random, theres probably a categorization, we just don’t know it yet.

Maybe its a positive sign that we didn’t receive the decision, because its entirely up to them according to bill C12 to move or pause or determine a case to be ineligible. At the same time its hard to wait in uncertainty.

There is also a chance this is being done in batches to attempt to not overwhelm the system.

Not sure but whether considered active at the moment or not is just procedural and doesn’t actually mean much given the situation.
