IRCC sent out procedural fairness letters to the ineligible refugee claimants after the passing of bill C-12. Has anyone received a response from the IRCC to the response they submitted to the the fairness letter? Is there any update to your applications?

It’s actually people started receiving final ineligibility decision letters since last week. But I think everyone is worried and don’t have time to reply your thread…..

Many people received it early, about a month after the initial PFL, however, I heard people from countries who can’t be deported to (ADR) is not getting it, they’re afraid these people will be stuck in a limbo state.

I didn’t, its been more than 2 months after PFL was sent to me. I saw some people’s timelines about a month or less after receiving PFL got their decision

I received the PFL on April 8 and my deadline to respond it was April 29. I still too haven’t received a final decision yet

Are you from a country with no deportation (TDR/ADR)? Because I am, and I suspect this is the reason
