your rcvd test invitation from Which team 1 or team 3 ??. in tracker is shown completed ?

Received invitation from team 3. Unable to create tracker and didn't get help from IRCC through web form for this so all information only through email. Do you know any difference from team 1 and team 3 test approach?

After test is completed via the link, when will tracker show that it is done / completed? And will we get any email for confirmation of this ?

usually i seen here and dre is posts team 1 is fast to update on your tracker regarding test completed . but others take lots of time to review . and always late update on tracker .
