Hello,
Question for those who had Study permit, PGWP before PR.
Can anyone here whose application seems like it is progressing smoothly towards the regular 7-12 months timeline tell me how many days of physical presence they had? I just needed some guidance on what the normal buffer to go for is.

Thanks!

Family members of mine in that situation applied with a couple weeks buffer and got their citizenship in 4 months in 2003.
I'd say 2 weeks or a month is a good buffer IF there are no mistakes in the physical presence.
So, make sure you don't forget a vacation, mix dates and such. The best way to ensure the physical presence is approved easily to present claims that actually match reality and reinforce your credibility. The buffer itself is more of a personal decision.

Hello,
Could you please explain what you meant by present claims that reinforce my credibility? I will upload stamped pages of my passport with the data page, plus it’s been just 2 short trips to Mexico anyway. Is there anything else you would suggest I add? Flight bookings? Is that what you meant? Or copies of my study permit and work permit?
