Hi, I have recieved my COPR in 2025, post which I have completed my soft landing in May in canada Ontario. After which I had recieved request for a photograph which I send in August 2025.

Untill now I haven't received my PR Card can anyone help me with this kind of situation.

That may be due to the fact that you are not in Canada. Are you in Canada now?

No right now I am not in Canada, and there is no communication from the IRRCC also.

That may be the issue. You may have to wait and apply for a PR card after you enter Canada. PR cards are only supposed to be issued to people within Canada.

What can be done, how can I reach out to the IRRCC as I have raised multiple webforms and the toll free number isn't getting connected.
Unable to understand how to reach out to them.

Send a webform but at that time you will have to admit that you are abroad so you technically can’t get the PR card. Your only option is to apply for the card when you permanently move to Canada
