Hello everyone, can state if you have gotten any update recently or ecopr from IRCC?

more than two people...I have also receive Portal 1 and 2 and currently waiting for ECOPR
Can you please share your timeline. Another important question which everyone seems oblivious of is the location of dependent (inside or out side canada), which I believe is also a crucial consideration for processing timeline.
Hi All, So my spouse who is the protected person in Canada called IRCC this morning to get an update on the processing of his application. They told him that one of his background checks hasn't been completed and he is still within the timeline - and quote him 4mth remain within the current processing time which can stretched further. They also confirmed to him that is last update on his file/application was 30th May 2025 - when Eligibility passed (dependents overseas received pre-arrival following day 31st May), his application was submitted in February 2024
Since my last update from IRCC in May 2025, when my spouse in Canada received Eligibility Approval and I, as the dependent outside Canada, received a pre-arrival services letter, there has been no further update on our applications.
My Canadian visitor visa expired in April; however, it was subsequently renewed and reissued. Thankfully, this has allowed me to continue visiting my spouse in Canada, and I am currently here celebrating their birthday.
