Can you please explain where you see this? Is it on GC key?

That happened to me.
You login in to the account, where appears submitted, appears a different message. Like Reviewed.
Probably you click on the PR application. I have more than one application because I applied for my work permit online.
So when you realized you saw something different abd click back to main screen, looks like always but quickly showed a different message. That's why people ssid "ghost message " or "ghost updating".

That´s exactly what I saw. I thought I imagined but after reading comments here I confirm it wasnt my idea.
My portal 1 arrived few days later, maybe 1 week or 10 days, not sure, but didnt take long. You will have news soon.

Just wanted to share an update. Today I received an email from IRCC requesting an updated Schedule A (IMM 5669) for me and my family member.

The interesting part is that I had already submitted this form before, but now they are asking for it again because they say some information is missing, especially personal history and address history with no gaps.

Looks like they have started reviewing my file. Hope this update helps others who are waiting for Final Decision. Wishing everyone good news soon.

Today I got email From IRCC request
Detailed Military Service Table (IMM5546): A certified copy of Military records. If you were exempt, please provide official proof of military exemption from the relevant authority If you were exempt, please provide the exemption card. This must be received at this office by: 2026/06/22

But I am Women in my country . Women can not do millitiary service. I do not have any document. Any suggestion ??

It´s normal, have been a while since you applied. Need to refresh, fill gaps.
If you have dependents outside they will be requested. My spouse was requested for this form before I got the FD, when i checked for his atip notes, they requested just after they started my security screening. You are very close!

All I can see with these updates is IRCC working on 2023 files now. I hope CSIS would do the same thing for our security screenings.

You might want to attach a letter of explanation alongside the form because there is probably a reason they specifically asked for military service. It might have been in your visa/ pr applications in the past or probably a must in your country to serve in the military. It might save u a lot of time convincing or going back and forth with IRCC

So my 7 year old dependant abroad received this the other day in regards to EBOLA OUTBREAK. But hope this clause is true coz there r contradictions that processing with pause entirely OR continue with only the final decision put on hold. FYI, I, the principal applicant, haven’t received a decision yet.

We’ll continue processing new and existing applications from those living in these countries, but we won’t finalize any applications at this time.

There was no date added previously in the final decision segment. I got Eligibility email in Sept 2024.
