Ask your parents to call, you can use a third party applications and get Canadian number temporarily and make the call.
Is the tracker down for anyone else ? Showing 503 error? That’s all I am seeing since yesterday.

Reason: We applied for my in-laws as co-hosts but only included my wife’s PR card (beause supervisa is for biological parents) and my tax info/DL.
It was refused because IRCC requires status proof (PR card/Citizenship) for all hosts, regardless of biological relation.
Reconsider request submitted (webform raised by in-laws) - Feb 14, 2026
Attached a letter of excplanation with both hosts PR cards and in-laws medical insurance policy details (with updated start and end dates).
Application Updated: Feb 27, 2026 - Status changed from refused to In-Progress again

Is there any update for your Mother's profile. I was finally able to talk to a rep. today; and she just added notes that the processing time is passed. Pure BS as they can not do anything.
Nah , no update. They did the same step like two weeks ago. Since then I updated the medical insurance dates yet again and sent it over a web form.
It’s exhausting but there’s nothing to do but wait.

Upfront medical done in Nov. 2025
As of today , background check in progress , medical not updated , eligibility in progress.
It’s been 7 months now , I’m getting worried the slow progress.
I raised 3 webforms , just got generic responses.
Anyone in same situation? Please share your experience.

Exactlly same situation. Dates are the same in my case but no upfront medical done. Seems like they buried our files in haunted forest.
Kinda the same , I submitted it on October 6th. And a month ago the medical status changed to completed. All steps are now complete but the final decision is pending.
