As of today my security hasn’t started and I am a June 2023 applicant.

It says “we’re processing your background check”, it has said that for over a year or two but when I called they said security hasn’t started.

When i checked my Gckey today there was a ghost update but when i openned it there was nothing. It was exactly same as before.
Do anyone have any idea what does it means and if there gonna be any change how long will it take?
