It said the Use of Representative Form was incomplete. It didn't specify what was wrong with it. So, what I found was that the form I used was from Aug/25 and there was a newer one in Nov/25, so I updated that and then I wrote N/A in every other field on the form that I didn't answer. Other than that, I don't know if anything else was wrong. I wish they were more clear on the problem, it's frustrating.

I had also received bil and mil on 7, 8 may, but can't see if they are marked complete yet. Tracker is not available for me yet. Have you got any other updates after spr eligibility?
The principal applicant eligibility takes the longest. Some visa offices are quicker than others.
My spr eligibility done on 13 May but can't even tell that the PA eligibility is in progress or not as tracker is down.

The PA eligibility will be conducted in the VO assigned to the file. It will take months, so hopefully they get the tracker up and running again soon.
I don't see vo in my spr eligibility letter where can I check my vo? Will the vo be in applicants country of residence or will be in Canada?
