They will send the BIL, the instructions letter, without that document you cant.

it could be. in my case I gave bio just after received AOR. Long time ago, just like 3 months after submitted.
Now your process should be close to end.

I applied for PR on August 28, 2024, received my AOR in November 2024, and got a biometrics request in December. I completed biometrics for myself and my overseas spouse on December 31, 2024.
Since then, I haven’t heard anything from IRCC, no eligibility letter or updates. Is this normal? Is anyone else in the same situation?

Hi, thats normal in the case of me the dependent overseas and my spouse in Canada, we only heard from IRCC about 8 months later to get our eligibility letter from biometrics and from then nothing for 10 mths since we received eligibility and prearrival letter and counting
