Before continuing his study he worked full time with the same person but now just part time so will that help ? And he takes salary in cash not in bank as it's just part time now

Job letter with approved leave. He is attaching school registration and letter. Those are his only ties as he has no family ties to return to. He shows what he has.

Also he just paid next semesters fees but that fees reciept is in paper form not the printed one's cos it goes to the college

IRCC decisions are based on proof of returning home, not culture. IRCC wants documentation so get a scan of the receipt.

I asked an immigration lawyer as well but she said letters stating from his friends with proofs that he has a social life too could help a little what is your opinion on that

The IRCC is not a touchy feely department. It’s all facts based . The cultural aspects are important to you, irrelevant to the IRCC . During the pandemic people zoomed meetings , funerals & weddings and people coped .
It’s one of the choices people have to come to terms with when they’ve elected to immigrate to another country that sometimes family members will not be present
And Canada is not special when it comes to rules . Countries WANT to see ties that foreigners will LEAVE. Why they are coming is basically irrelevant. And when applicants abuse the rules and don’t leave , countries clamp down on applicants
