There was always a risk your parents would not be able to get TRVs so you need to plan in case they aren’t able to visit Canada. You are present so your wife is not alone and you can help with cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, anything related to the baby except breastfeeding, etc. Supervisa is based on income earned not salary which is why NOA is typically the only evidence accepted by IRCC.

With that income, perhaps they can hire someone to take care of the cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, anything related to the baby (instead of the husband doing so).

Lying and risking a 5 year ban is incredibly stupid idea. What happens when y they are asked to show their tickets?
why lie? you have to buy a ticket. like USA have declared to grant visa in 60 days for those who buy a ticket from website, canada will also be granting Visa for FIFA. If my superviss will be denied, i am going for FIFA

Hello, I applied supervisa and medical was requested for my parents, my mother's medical required further test, this will cause delay until all tests are done, they were intended to travel in May 2026 and supervisa insurance was effective from May for one year, since further tests required this will delay another three months, in this case intended travel will change to September, so do I need to update my supervisa insurance and send to IRCC with new effective date? They were planning to stay from May to December with the submitted application.

Any my father's medical was all ok, and he is the primary applicant, in this case will the application will be on hold or will my father receive the visa?

Appreciate your input on this, thank you.

You may just change the dates in your insurance so you don’t lose money. You don’t need to inform IRCC just for this change.

IRCC will generally refuse the application without NOAs.
If anyone is in same boat as me, this is not the case.

I applied for my parents’ supervisa and my parents-in-law’s supervisa one month apart and received them all.

I did not attach NOA for that, but I did provide letter from employer and my latest salary slips.

I agree IRCC only considers the income you made, but luckily I applied in November-December and my salary slips had year to date income that might have worked in my case.

So if you don’t have Notice of assessment, don’t be afraid to apply anyways. Important thing here is you should meet or exceed minimum income criteria and that should be inline with what you already made that year or in last 12 months.

Are you sure they got a supervisa and not a normal TRV? IRCC can award a normal TRV even if you wanted a supervisa. Getting approved without an NOA is extremely unusual.

Given it is May then you should have NOA by now.

All four stamps were of category PG-1 and not V-1. Not sure if anything else I can confirm with.

Not yet. Too late to file taxes. But I have received visa for all so not hurrying up.

One more thing I did was attach my T4 using webform to all applications as soon as I received T4 from my employer.

That likely made the difference but still very lucky.
