Hi, I got the email that you can track your progress through the tracker, it takes me to this page https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

where my previous PR application information is stored, and when logged in, it says we are having technical difficulties. Did anyone face this issue, where your UCI was already used to track your PR files, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

It's been two days since I received my AOR and I haven't received the email yet for the tracker, but I tried accessing that link and I was able to log in successfully using my previous password for PR tracker.

I came as a student and after that got my work permit. Should I include my study and work permit in optional documents ?

I also came as a student before. To better support my citizenship application, I uploaded my study permit, work permit, degree certificate and even degree transcript. I thought that these will help in their review of my work and education history.

anyone who resubmit the file after something was missing got their AOR? i resubmit Jan 15 after they said birth certificate was missing. its already 3 months and no AOR till date

Did you put study permit expiration till the time you received work permit or when you completed studies ( your implied status started)

I put the expiry date of my study permit as per the actual date indicated in my study permit (July 1, 2023), even if it is months after my graduation and even if my work permit starts (Feb 4, 2023) before my study permit expires. Meaning, there is an overlap, and the system accepted it. But for the work permit expiry, I had to put one day before my PR start date because the system doesn’t accept the overlap with PR date in this case.

I haven’t experienced that but I read that some people resubmitted their application on the first week of Feb and they already got their AORs last week.
