Waiting on oath + upcoming travel — will webform expedite?

My citizenship application shows all steps completed and I’m currently waiting for the oath. I have international travel booked for May 14 and I’m considering submitting a webform requesting an earlier oath (around mid-April) so I have time to apply for a passport.

Has anyone tried this? Did submitting a webform actually speed up your oath scheduling, or did it make no difference?

I don't think IRCC will speed up your oath ceremony just because of your personal travel. If you're applying for a passport, then yes, you can expedite your application with ServiceCanada. For IRCC, normally, there's no luck!!
