My friend graduated as a Health Care Aide in Alberta and is working in one of the Rural Community, what are her options for Permanent resident Pathways? She has been working for 7 months. She is in her late 40ties and single.

She needs to be prepared that immigration may not be possible at her age. This an extremely difficult time to secure PR and she will be competing with many other younger people with a similar profile. What is her immigration and work history? When does her WP expire? It is pretty rare to even get a WP to come study to become a healthcare aide as someone in their 40s. She also now needs over a year of experience to be considered for healthcare

She already has 7 months of experience in Health Care Aide . and her PGWP will expire in 2027 March. I am encouraging her to Write the French exam as she is Bilingual. She already passed the English. So hoping all will be fine.
