I received an ITA a few weeks ago and was recently promoted at my company after receiving it. The NOC code remains the same, but my job title has changed. My employer mentioned they will provide the reference letter with the updated title.
Do I need to create a separate entry in my profile for this new title, or can it remain under the same work experience? I was previously promoted once before and already mentioned that in my profile, so this would become an additional entry.
Also, if I create a new entry, can I use the same reference letter for all the entries since only the title and salary changed, and the job duties remained the same?
