Forget what you get from the call. What do you see with GCMS/CBSA notes? Do you see any movement there?
Last time I requested one, I got the same thing.
It only has more details like dates but nothing relevant.
Gsms says:

•Medical: passed
•Elegebily: passed
•Background
Info sharing: in progress
Criminality: in progress
Security: in progress

Between CBSA and GCMS, once you have background check in-progress, I'd lean more towards getting CBSA notes as they generally more info as compared to GCMS. If you got these GCMS notes a month or two ago, CBSA notes might not be very different. But, once you are 6+ months since eligibility passed, worth applying for CBSA notes again to check the progress.

Likely the system is just ground to a halt or moving at a snail’s pace because IRCC is waiting for c-12 and the yearly quota for general H&C is so incredibly small.

Hi everyone
Can you check in yours Gcms notes from
Note Triaged: pre populated template available and the issued of the AIP letter or refusal what is the timeline between the 2 events thanks

It appears they just added the extra quota to CEC which makes not including these 1 time programs into the immigration levels plan and declaring Canada will decrease yearly PR totals even more misleading.
Very misleading even saying some applications are been processed under the program, lets see what details they have by April according to immigration minister.

The only option that makes sense is CEC and would explain how IRCC keeps having relatively large draws. IRCC was on pace to offer so many ITAs that they would only be able to have small draws for the rest of the year if not for the extra quota. Larger draws may have started again end of year but that is for 2027 quota. We’ll see what happens but announcing in April makes zero sense.

I do hope they don't do large draws (especially not those catch-all-large draws). The type of people coming from programs like TR->PR are quite poor. It would feel more isolating to skilled immigrants if they lowered to bar yet again, flooding with unskilled immigrants - all of that only makes the skilled ones look bad as the subsequent impact is pretty high(more people who didn't deserved to be here = more illegal basements, more corner cutting, more people will to buy/sell driving licenses, etc).
