It seems that IRCC did not come back from the Christmas/New Year break. I haven’t seen anyone reporting P1/P2/COPR since then. That’s very concerning for all applications given this delay.

Applicants from December and January 2024 so quiet and a lot of who is waiting for CoPr since December last year.

I received GCMS notes yesterday, criminality completed, info sharing is in progress and security is not yet started. But you are right things are pretty slow even applicants from November and December are still waiting for updates.

May 27, 25 – Eligibility Completed (only on ircc-tracker)
May 30, 25 – Biometrics Completed
May 30, 25 – Approval in Principal letter received by Principal Applicant
Jun 06, 25 – Sponsor eligibility completed letter received by Sponsored
Dec 09, 25 - Medical Exam Request
Dec 23, 25 - Medical Exam marked complete

I got P1 today, here is my timeline:
PA: Inland
2024/Dec/25 - Application submitted
2025/Jan/15 - Application returned due to bio fee not paid (but I did)
2025/Jan/15 - Resubmitted the application with new payment with RPRF
2025/Feb/21 - AOR
2025/May/22 - BIL /Tracker eligibility complete both sponsor/spouse
2025/May/23 - PAL Pre-arrival letter/Bio done/gckey Eligibility complete
2025/May/29 - Medical result uploaded (confirmed with panel physician)
2025/May/30 - AIP Spouse Eligibility Letter (approved in principal)
2025/June/02 - Sponsor Eligibility Letter (1st)
2025/July/10 - SOWP received correspondence letter
2025/July/12 - SOWP approved, valid until 2027-07-10
2025/July/21 - Medical passed
2025/Aug/28 - Sponsor Eligibility Letter (2nd)
2026/Feb/27 - Gckey ghost update
2026/Mar/02 - Receive P1 but not yet FD nor bgc completed

I'm very surprise that P1 came before the FD and Backgroun check (still in progress on both Gckey and tracker).
Please check your PA and sponsor's email, including mail letters from now on to see if you got the P1 as it can come before FD!
